Calling all parents/guardians of children with asthma!

Would you like to help your child better understand their asthma in a fun, interactive way? If so, join Breathe Pennsylvania for ASTHMA DAY at The Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh! Asthma Day is an educational event designed for kids ages 5-10 who have been told that they have asthma by a medical provider. 

Parents and guardians can expect that they, and their child, will learn about what asthma is (and isn't), medications used to control asthma, tools to help manage asthma, and techniques for talking to your doctor. 

Advance Registration is required. Payment is due at the time of registration. No refunds will be provided.

Date: Saturday, August 10, 2019
Time: 9:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.  
Program Designed For:
Children with asthma, ages 5-10. (Must be accompanied by parent/guardian) 
Cost: $15.00 per child with asthma. This cost includes one parent/guardian admission. Additional guests are $20.00 each. 

 

Asthma Day registration includes museum admission for one (1) child with asthma and one (1) guest, lunch for both, and plenty of FUN! Any additional guests will be charged $20.00 to cover the cost of admission and lunch. 

Space is limited so register today!! When registering, please provide your phone number and email address so that Breathe Pennsylvania staff can contact you regarding attendee names, tickets, and dietary restrictions.
